We are sorry about your lost item. As a third-party issuer of electronic transportation vouchers, there is only so much TaxiPass can do to assist in recovering your lost items. The drivers do not work for us. Your best option for recovering your lost item is to contact the appropriate local taxi commission of the city where your ride originated from.
